ABOUT GUS SABOGAL
After obtaining his BS in Information Technology at Wilmington University in Delaware, and acquiring a system's engineer certification from Microsoft, Gus Sabogal, with over 30 years of experience, is currently the Technology Director of Palmer Trinity School. Prior to joining education, he worked with multiple international banks focusing on network security and staff training. At his current role, he bridges education and tech, implementing tools, managing systems, teaching faculty, supporting students and equipping classrooms. A lifelong learner, Gus keeps pace with emerging trends, ensuring the school thrives in the digital age. He skillfully implements educational technology, including AI tools, to maximize potential while ensuring its responsible and transparent utilization by students and all users. As a champion of responsible AI, Gus believes in demystifying technology and equipping everyone to harness its benefits effectively.
